Carol Hart, Director of Referral Connections, Wallace Real Estate

I have been with Wallace Real Estate for 17 years, serving as relocation director. I love this area of real estate and all the lifelong friends I have made and hopefully continuing to meet. Our company has been with Coldwell Banker for 30 years, but in March 2023, we are transitioning back to our roots of being an independent company. We have been established in Knoxville since 1936. Fun fact; My mom even worked when it was Wallace & Wallace Inc. in accounting before they joined a franchise! We are incredibly excited about this change and joining the awesome network Leading Real Estate Companies of the World. We are the #1 independent company in East Tennessee. In 2022, I earned my CRP from Worldwide ERC. This was a personal goal and honored to be among such professionals in the Relocation Director Council. I am also a member of the Tennessee Relocation Council.

I have a B.S in Tourism, Food and Lodging from the University of Tennessee, Go Big Orange! I worked in the Great Smoky Mountain area for several years after graduation, before I entered the property management and real estate world. I have lived in Knoxville, TN all my life and love to show off our beautiful part of the country.

I am mom to three wonderful adult children. Anna, Alex and Adam. Alex is engaged so I will soon gain a awesome daughter-in-law. We have two furry friend cats, JuJu and Julles - they are king and queen of the house! I enjoy meeting new people and having new experiences, especially traveling.
